- Photos may contain images of minors participating in youth sports
1.3 Facebook Integration Data
When you connect your Facebook Page to Champions Photo Manager, we collect and access the following information with your explicit permission:
- pages_show_list: List of Facebook Pages you manage
- pages_manage_posts: Ability to create and publish posts on your Facebook Pages
- pages_read_engagement: Access to engagement metrics and comments on posted content
- business_management: Access to business account information linked to your Facebook Pages
- Your Facebook Page name and unique identifier
- Public profile information from your Facebook account
1.4 Automatic Collection
When you use our Service, we automatically collect:
- Device information (device type, operating system, browser type)
- IP address
- Usage data (features accessed, actions performed, time spent)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. Facebook Integration and Permissions
3.1 Why We Request Facebook Permissions
Champions Photo Manager integrates with Facebook to enable you to publish champion photos directly to your Facebook Pages. The permissions we request are necessary for the following purposes:
- pages_show_list: To display a list of Facebook Pages you manage so you can select which Page to post to
- pages_manage_posts: To create and publish posts containing your champion photos on your selected Facebook Pages
- pages_read_engagement: To show you engagement metrics, likes, comments, and shares on posts you've made through our Service
- business_management: To access business-related information and ensure compatibility with business-managed Facebook Pages
3.2 Facebook Data Storage
We store Facebook access tokens securely and use them only to perform the actions you authorize. We do not sell or share your Facebook data with third parties. Facebook data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
3.3 Disconnecting Facebook
You can disconnect your Facebook account from Champions Photo Manager at any time through your account settings. When you disconnect, we will revoke all Facebook permissions and delete stored Facebook access tokens.

4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Supabase
We use Supabase for data storage and authentication. Supabase stores your account information, photos, and user-generated content. 4.2 Facebook
As described in Section 3, we integrate with Facebook to enable posting to your Pages. Facebook has access to the posts you create through our Service.
4.3 Analytics Services

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
- Account Information: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion
- Photos and Media: Retained in your account until you delete them; deleted when you delete your account
- Facebook Access Tokens: Deleted when you disconnect Facebook or delete your account
- Log Data: Retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes
- Backup Data: We may retain backups for up to 30 days after deletion for disaster recovery

Champions Photo Manager is designed for youth sports tournament directors and administrators (adults) to manage and post champion photos. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

While the Service is operated by adults, photos uploaded may contain images of minors participating in youth sports. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as follows:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 directly
- Minors appear in photos as participants in youth sports events, which you (the tournament director) have authority to manage
- We assume you have obtained necessary parental/guardian consent to photograph and post images of minors
- We do not use photos of minors for marketing or any purpose beyond the ones you authorize
- Parents/guardians should contact us if they have concerns about their child's image being posted
8.2 Parent/Guardian Rights
If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's image being posted through Champions Photo Manager, please contact us at julie@utproducts.com, and we can work with the tournament director to address your concerns.
9. Security
We take security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data
- Secure password handling and hashing
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls to limit who can access your data
However, no security system is impenetrable. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
